Website analytics

Website analytics run automatically unless you disable them using the footer control. They record a random visit identifier, page paths, approximate active viewing time and Microsoft Store button clicks. We do not record form contents, passwords, activation keys, query strings, screen recordings or raw IP addresses in analytics. Viewing time counts only while the page is visible, focused and recently interacted with; it is an estimate.

When you sign in, recorded visits may be linked to your SRS account so the owner can understand registration and activation. Anonymous visitors remain anonymous. Store clicks cannot confirm downloads or installations. You can use Disable visit analytics in the footer without affecting registration or the app. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Disabling analytics clears the current visit; contact us to delete earlier visits. Optional visit records are removed after 90 days during normal service requests.

Account and activation records

To operate trial access and provide support, SRS records completed registration, trial key issuance, the first observed app connection with a valid activated licence, and the latest verified app account connection. These operational records are separate from optional website analytics. The SRS owner receives email notifications when a key is issued and when an activated app first connects. Emails contain the driver name and account email, but not your activation key.

Only the SRS administrator can view the activity dashboard. Records are held while your account is active and as needed for trial eligibility, abuse prevention and support. Exact app session durations are not currently collected. SRS Driver lap data

New connected Driver versions automatically send completed lap telemetry to SRS while you use the software. This is a required part of the connected service. You can stop future recording and collection by stopping telemetry or closing SRS Driver.

What is collected

Lap and sector timing where available, car position, speed, steering, brake, throttle, gear, RPM, game and track details, session conditions, assist settings, and the account identity linked to your licence. Offline uploads wait on your PC until connectivity returns. Your password and activation key are not included in shared reference files.

How SRS uses it

SRS stores laps for driving comparisons and assisted/unassisted leaderboards. Eligible lap times and leaderboard details are published under your driver display name. Telemetry recordings remain private to SRS and cannot currently be downloaded by other users. Your email is not published with laps.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded telemetry is stored in SRS-managed Google Drive storage and lap records in the website database. Laps are retained while useful to the reference service, subject to storage review. Contact sharkkingracingstudio@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. Deletion cannot recall copies other users have already downloaded. Local recordings on your PC are managed separately.

This connected collection feature is under development. Its activation notice must be accepted before the updated app starts telemetry. Existing versions do not gain uploads automatically.
